Description: County parcel database (countywide_parcels_02_26_2019)was downloaded from the County of San Bernardino on March 20, 2019. The data was downloaded from: ftp://gis1.sbcounty.gov/. Data was clipped to an area around the City of San Bernardino resulting in about 25% of the original parcel database. The clipping polygon called ExtentClippingPolygon is stored in the goCountyNewParcels file geodatabase. Wards and Zoning/General Plan attributes were added by copying data from a previous parcel download and updated through polygonal analysis. The CityVerified field was added and populated by selecting parcels from a layer that had city and county jurisdictions from the County and using the parcel's centroid. The xtraOwner field was added to initially show lands owned the Federal Government. Parcels owned by SBCFCD have also been added to this field.
