Service Description:

County parcel database (countywide_parcels_03_14_2022) was downloaded from the County of San Bernardino on March 14, 2022. The data was downloaded from: ftp://gis1.sbcounty.gov/. Data was clipped to an area around the City of San Bernardino resulting in about 25% of the original parcel database. The clipping polygon called ExtentClippingPolygon is stored in the goCountyNewParcels file geodatabase. Wards and Zoning/General Plan attributes were added by copying data from a previous parcel download and updated through polygonal analysis. The CityVerified field was added and populated by selecting parcels from a layer that had city and county jurisdictions from the County and using the parcel's centroid.Parcels were selected based on the following query:OwnerName IN ('CITY OF SAN BDNO CITY PARK','CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO','CITY OF SAN BERNARIDNO','CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO (PATENT)','CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL WAT','CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO WATER WORKS','CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, THE','SUCCESSOR AGENCY/RDA CITY OF SAN BDN','SUCCESSOR AGENCY REDEVELOPMENT AGENC','SUCCESSOR AGENCY/RDA CITY OF SN BNDO','SAN BERNARDINO, CITY OF','SAN BERNARDINO CITY')
