Service Description: Street Light Meters for the City of San Bernardino, Ca. Made by Matt Torrence on 8/29/2012. Geocoded this layer for Tony Frossard on 8/29/12. Information came from Excel Table and I had to clean up addresses. Many were missing street directions, and were abbreviated and had extra information or referenced that they were south of another street. that I tried to strip out the extra information and I got a 90% geocoding rate and will email Tony Frossard stating to clean up the addresses and I will re-geocode this layer for him so it will be more accurate.
