description:	County parcel database downloaded from the County of San Bernardino on March 28, 2014. The data was downloaded from: ftp://gis1.sbcounty.gov/. Data was clipped to an area around the City of San Bernardino resulting in about 25% of the original parcel database. The clipping polygon called ExtentClippingPolygon is stored in the goCountyNewParcels file geodatabase. Wards and Zoning/General Plan attributes were added by copying data from a previous parcel download and updated through polygonal analysis. The field CityVerified was populated by selecting parcels from a layer that had city & county jurisdictions from the County and using the parcel's centroid.
